This Privacy Notice explains how personal data submitted through the Pirbor website and initial enquiry process is handled.

Enquiry data is processed for pre-contractual steps, conflict-of-interest checks, secure triage and communications necessary to determine whether an engagement can proceed.

3. Data minimisation

Only information reasonably necessary to identify the contacting person, organisation and general nature of the request should be submitted at the initial stage.

4. Retention

If an enquiry is not accepted or does not progress to an engagement, enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is legally required or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
